This event is for people who care genuinely about their relationships and want practical, embodied tools that will create more clarity, joy and understanding in their conversations. We come together with a willingness to know more about ourselves through our interactions with others. We do that from a foundation of compassion and a growing capacity to hold space for the messy, quirky parts of ourselves.

What to Expect

I provide the activities, tools and the space. We’ll switch between whole group, small group of 3-4 and partner activities. You are invited to practice and reflect on the key skills that will elevate any existing or new connection:

  1. Listening with the intention of genuinely understanding the experience of the other person.

  2. Listening for accuracy, emotion and the deepest longing, using your whole body.

  3. Speaking your authentic experiences in a way that is unarguable (without blame or shame), knowing that your perspective is subjective.

  4. Taking full responsibility for your own feelings & actions.
