Our Purpose

In our skill building community, we:

Learn More

This workshop is for people who care deeply about their relationships and want practical, embodied tools that will create more clarity, joy and understanding in their conversations. We come together with a willingness to know more about ourselves through our interactions with others. We do that from a foundation of compassion and a growing capacity to hold space for the messy, quirky parts of ourselves.

Common Conversational Challenges
that we have all faced

We enter a conversation with an intention, but we leave feeling more confused, disconnected, or stuck overthinking about what was said.

That didn’t land as intended…

We don’t feel better after talking or sharing. We wonder if we could share our story with more understanding or communicate our needs with more ease instead of blame or guilt.

Stuck in a Pattern

When someone we care about share something challenging or vulnerable, we’re unsure how to best respond — Do we listen, give advice or nod and change the subject?

Um...how do I respond to that?
